The results of ageing: First of all, there is the thinning of the skin and formation of wrinkling, later the easing of the connective tissue tension and relaxation of the eye ring muscles. Fatty tissue pushes through from the inside to the front. A bulging occurs on the upper eyelids, on the lower eyelids swelling and puffiness occurs. A constantly sad and tired-looking overall impression is created.
An eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) results in a watchful, open eye, a radiant look and is also suitable for people who wish to remove the eye bags.
